We specialize in booking, career enhancement, and production of tours for those artists who exemplify the pinnacle of skill and accomplishment within their respective genres. We handle the business, so that the creators are free to create. RIOTagency evolved out of Eye For Talent: a highly regarded boutique agency that has worked with hundreds of artists over the last 20-years and booked more than 5000 shows on 5 continents. Eye For Talent was founded by entrepreneur and music aficionado Bill Smith. In 2014 a partnership was formed between industry veterans Bill Smith, his son Evan Smith and Fabian Alsultany to form RIOTagency. Our offices are based in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
